scott fabeanScott brings 25 years of experience specializing in corporate real estate (CRE) & law firm representation.

He has made himself an expert in strategic portfolio management, with a consistent ability to identify and implement processes that align real estate with corporate objectives.

Through a vast range of national and multi-national projects, Scott has focused on aggressively minimizing real estate costs while maximizing operational efficiencies. He delivers innovative and unexpected value-add solutions as his forte and life’s passion.

PHILANTHROPIC AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Always civically active, Scott serves on the board of PA Interfaith Impact Network, and as former Vice-President. He is also a Catechist for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh, coach for local youth baseball, volunteer for the Samburu Project, and member of the Labor & Religion Council of Western PA.

EDUCATION
A graduate of Columbia University, Scott majored in Economics & Philosophy and played on both the varsity golf and football teams.
